MEHRANGARH FORT

The imposing Mehrangarh Fort was built by Maharaja Rao Jodha. It is one of the largest and formidable forts in Rajasthan. There are several palaces like Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal, Sheesh Mahal, Zenana Dude, Takht Vilas and Jhanki Mahal inside the fort. The fort museum has a large collection of paintings, weapons, coins and artefacts.

JASWANTH TADHA

The Jaswant Thada considered as Taj Mahal of Rajasthan is an exquisite white marble memorial built by Maharaja Sardar Singh in honour of his father Jaswant Singh. This cenotaph provides the unforgettable view of grandeur and opulence with beautifully carved marble sheets.

MANDORE GARDEN

The Mandore Gardens are a major tourist attraction in Jodhpur, featuring an impressive collection of temples and memorials, as well as high rock terraces. There are several cenotaphs of the former royal family of Jodhpur. The most prominent is the cenotaph of Maharaja Ajit Singh.

TOORJI KA JHALRA

Toorji Ka Jhalra is the famous step well built by Rani Tanwar Ji queen of Maharaja Abhay Singh to ensure the availability of drinking water throughout the year. This step well is built with red sand stone and the walls are engraved with carvings of dancing elephants, mediaeval lions & cows.

UMAID BHAWAN PALACE MUSEUM

Umaid Bhawan Palace was built by Maharaja Umaid Singh. This palace is a masterpiece of brilliant architecture and boasts of a wonderful blend of Rajput and Victorian styles. The museum inside the palace has a large collection of weapons, clocks, Chinese vases and royal furniture.
