Refund Policy
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility:
Customers can request a cancellation and refund within 3 days from the date of booking, provided the travel date is at least 30 days away from the date of cancellation.
2. Refund Conditions:
Full refund will be processed if the cancellation is made within 3 days of booking.
If the booking includes non-refundable hotel, flight, or activity components, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
After 3 days of booking, only partial refunds may be applicable as per supplier or hotel policies.
3. Refund Process:
All refund requests must be made in writing via email & confirming by phone to our support team.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
